Upgrade replaces the active plan once the current period ends. Top up adds extra hours to your active plan immediately.

Upgrade plan Target plan is queued and starts after your current active period expires. Top up existing plan Additional support is enabled on the current plan and billed at month-end by used hours.

How fulfillment works

Upgrade plan — effective when your current plan period expires.
Top up existing plan — applied immediately on your current plan.
Top-up billing — invoiced at month-end based on logged extra hours.
